Welcome to planning your first video project! Have you wondered how National Geographic or the Discovery Channel makes interesting and compelling videos? They do it through careful planning of their story, and this section will teach you to do the same

Part One: Story

The first part of the process is understanding what is a story.

Part Two: Storyboard and Shotlist

The next portion is to develop a strong storyboard and a shotlist that accompanies. A storyboard is a visual representation of what your end-video is going to be. It has its own arc (a story arc) that can evolve over time, and so it is important that the basic details be planned properly.
